Hi, I’m Erica Sutton — Texas Real Estate Broker, founder of Leasing & Etc. LLC, and creator of Sovereign Real Estate Academy.
I’ve been licensed since 2002, and after more than 20 years in this business, I’m still just as passionate about helping new and aspiring agents thrive. I created this academy to give you real-world insight, not just textbook knowledge.
